since more than a decade, shiatsu and yoga are accompanying my life. at the beginning out of curiosity and today as a job out of passion. parallel to my shiatsu-education i completed a yoga teacher training. i experience shiatsu and yoga as a symbiosis: energy, tranquillity, breathing, meditation, stretching, expanding, pulsation, growing, awareness, curiosity, admitting, surrender, rhythm, the connection of body, mind and soul.
my ongoing education are supporting me in my daily practice.

to accompanying people on their life journey means a lot to me and fulfils me with gratefulness and humility. because of them i keep learning.
