shiatsu is a japanese body therapy rooted in traditional chinese medicine (tcm). through mindful touch, the flow of energy is supported, the nervous system calms, and the body’s self-healing abilities are activated.
shiatsu invites you to slow down, arrive in the present moment, and reconnect with your body. it can open space for new perspectives, strengthen inner resources, and support change, relief, and a sense of connection.
in my practice, i support people with physical and emotional concerns such as pain and tension, sleep disorders, migraines, digestive issues, women’s health, pregnancy, stress, exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and challenging life situations.
